The first Cantonese restaurant Ming Yuen, came into being as Hong Kong Parkview was declared officially open to the public in 1989, the second Ming Yuen restaurant was opened at DingShan Garden Hotel, Nanjing in 2000, then the third one in Beijing renewed the name to Xin Ming Yuen in 2008.
