Parkview Éclat - Singapore
The motif is echoed throughout the building and surrounds, from the three-tier pool in the surrounding lush, tropical gardens, to the stylish porte-cochere that features one of Salvador Dali’s famous sculptures.
Parkview Éclat - Taipei
Stylish, contemporary and centrally located in the Da-An district of Taipei, Hotel Éclat is a member of Small Luxury Hotels of the World. This avant-garde property is an explosive gallery of textures, colours and contemporary art where guests live among outstanding pieces of work by Salvador Dali, Andy Warhol, Yin Jun, Li Shan and Gao Xiaowu.

Éclat winery
To the south bank of Huaihe, nearby the Sishui, the place where Zhu Yuanzhang started an uprising, the south gate of the canal capital, the garden of Nanjing which is the capital of six dynasties- Xuyi of Jiangsu province is the birthplace of Eclat winery. It is the first winery in the Yangtze River Delta region occupying an area of 3,000 acres. There are grapes gardens stretching from the mountain foot to hillside; the luxury hotel and professional wine cellar on the top of the hill are delivering the noble enjoyment in wine aroma.
Flying over the sea, for the collection of every drop of wine From the old world to the new world, we have drifted across the ocean to deplore, experience and taste in the field, and we finally find the world's finest boutique wineries and fine wines in France and Australia. In the prestigious wine producing area of Saint-Emilion, the Eclat winery has been working with the Chateau Grand Bert, which has a history of 500 years of red wine winery. In Australia, we choose the award-winning Mandora Gorge winery, the winners of the winery, as the wine base importing the original wine from Australia. With the essential brewing and mellow fragrant, we will build a chateau of legend.
Parkview Green Fangcaodi - Beijing

It is a spectacular piece of modern architecture, located right in the heart of the Central Business District, with office towers, a shopping mall, an art centre and a boutique hotel. In real terms, Parkview Green FangCaoDi’s energy use is approximately 50% of that in a building of comparable size. It is the first LEED® (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) platinum certified urban mixed-used development in all of China.

Qiaofu Parkview Deco is located in the southernmost of Baoshan District in Shanghai, next to the Yixian Freeway which is the main transportation artery of Baoshan. Parkview Deco will be given a special artistic character as it is set to become an iconic landmark of Baoshan.
SiteA consists of six single parts where will be built into the international kindergarten, educational centre, confinement service center providing the maternal and child health service , food market, health center , health care spa and other Living Service Facilities.
SiteB is divided into the south district and the north district; the southern district is used for small office and business, and the north district combines the functions of the hotel, office business, IMAX and so on by environmental protection cover, which reflects the design concept of Oriental philosophySite C is a central garden with a huge water feature surrounded by 9 buildings with Art-Deco architecture style from New York. The architecture combined with the 9000 square meter platform together demonstrate a spectacular view of staggered space network. Parkview Deco, a LEED Platinum certification business complex, making itself to a mixed-use and integrated space.
Shanghai’s underground public space has developed into an important space for business, spacious, comfortable and full of art is the underground space development trend. The project will use this concept to create an underground passage connecting A, B, C three plots, In the future, there will be held all kinds of art exhibitions and publishing activities to form a “public art gallery.”
